Adding a membership is easy! You can set up any number of membership categories with varying privileges. These can be added to an existing client record or a new one created. A dedicated Member Entry Screen can be utilised at your reception area to control member entry. This can also be linked to a turnstile or gate for automatic member access.

You can quickly find your client's information by their surname, first name, phone numbers or by swiping their client/membership card. You can also track any changes made to a client record through a full log which tells you when and by whom a change was made.

Gumnut Systems has built in Direct Debit capabilities to make membership fee collection as simple as possible. You can also connect the software to a card printer; instantly producing membership cards for your clients. Your clients can then use their membership card as soon as they have joined.
