The 2nd generation Gumnut Systems software has been built from the ground up to cater for multi-department, multi-site, even multi-national operations. Every aspect of the software has been optimised for multi site oganisations.
You can operate Gumnut systems in a real time processing environment using high speed broadband/ADSL lines and terminal server applications. Alternatively you can allow your sites to operate independently and utilise our replication function to update your central systems periodically.
CALL CENTRE MANAGEMENT
If you would prefer to operate a call centre operation to manage bookings for your sites, Gumnut Systems is the product that you need. You can easily switch from one site to another and access the system just as if you were sat at the computer at that site. Any site specific information will be managed by the software so the call centre staff cannot make any mistakes.
The client database can be accessed by your entire organisation if you choose. This way if a client visits one of your sites and then makes an appointment at another all their information will be available and a record of all their bookings and purchases stored. Loyalty points and gift vouchers can also be spread across your entire business further building client loyalty to your organisation.
