SUPPORT

With Gumnut Systems you will be in safe hands. Your annual support contract provides you with telephone assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We use the latest in remote login capabilities to ensure a quick and effective solution to your calls. In addition, you will receive regular updates to the software to ensure that you are always running the very latest version including any new features that have been added.

TRAINING

Our friendly and approachable team of Educators each have many years of experience in the Spa industry. They will be able to draw on their own knowledge and experience to help you configure your software to achieve maximum value from your investment. Training can take place on-site or off-site, or alternatively at our Head Office near Bath.
