SUSAN AULD, MBA MIH - Director

Susan has over 25 years experience in the management of luxury hotels and golf clubs, including ten years in General Management. She was on the project management team, and ultimately managed the pre-opening and initial opening phase of one of the largest destination spas in the UK at Pennyhill Park. Her practical experience includes marketing and sales, including membership development; retail; product development; project management; operations and financial management.

A believer in life-long learning, Susan has studied at Cornell University in the USA, Cranfield University, and she left her last role to concentrate on completing her MBA at the University of Bath. She has since worked on a consultancy basis for spa and leisure projects, and also as a non-executive Director. She is a St Julian's scholar as well as being a member of the Institute of Hospitality.
